at the moment, i have morton-like symptoms on my left foot and a stressed achilles on my right foot. i was looking for sandals that would offer sole support, ankle stability, and not allow my foot to shift much while. these are all that and upscale casual stylish. they were comfortable immediately. i sought this brand due to its solid rep with riding boots. i'm completely satisfied with the sandals and recommend them to anyone with any type of footwear needs.

I have the Ariat Harbor sandals in light tan. They're very pretty and the construction is high quality. These are very comfortable and sturdy, yet aren't too big and clunky. Casual while also stylish. I like the low heel and contoured footbed. They were comfortable right out of the box, aside from the ankle strap irritating my skin a bit the first day (probably because I walked a lot and it was a hot day- I've had no problems since then). I have very high arches, a high instep and slightly narrow feet, and I have major difficulty finding sandals that fit (and look cute!). These Ariats are probably best for people with average arches, but for me with high arches, they're still pretty good. The toe area feels a bit roomy, which is likely since my feet are kind of skinny and these are Medium width (I'm often OK in Mediums- it's hit or miss). If your feet are on the narrow side, these may be too wide and flop around. Overall these Ariats fit me well, are comfortable, and I've gotten compliments on them. I'm glad I bought them and wouldn't mind having another pair in the dark brown or black.
