Everything for a beginning runner

Looking to start running? Running is a great sport for beginners because it requires very little gear and you can work out completely on your own schedule. Here is a handy list of everything, including thick running socks and shorts, that you should have before your first run:

Shoes are probably the most important investment for a beginning runner. The comfort of your feet will determine the impact of running on the rest of your body.
