I bought a pair of these off of Sierra Trading Post, which came with only set of lenses, and I made the mistake of choosing the amber over the gray ones. However I found that the lenses are WAY, WAY TOO DARK!!! Definitely not good for driving. For running they would be ok in a pinch on a really bright day but I found them kind of depressing-feeling otherwise, they really block way too much light, I felt as if were wearing glasses made for someone who's just had some kind of eye surgery or has acute light sensitivity. Unfortunately that was a risk I took by ordering them sight unseen. I now wish I had ordered the gray color, hopefully they would not have this problem. I have had amber lenses from Ray Ban, Bolle (different model) and Optic Nerve (2 models) before, and none of them had this problem, in fact I liked them because they seemed to make everything sharper while retaining a pretty natural color perception. I will see if my mother, who does have very light-sensitive eyes in her old age, will take them. Also the design is kind of clunky-looking...the lenses are a bit too big vertically, and would be much nicer looking if they took about 1/4 to 1/2 inch off the height. Otherwise the frame is nice and solid but light and comfortable. This was definitely a product I would not have bought had I tried it on in a store first. I foolishly ordered them based on my good experience with other Bolle sunglasses in the past.

My husband is thrilled with the Bolle Parole Sunglasses. They protect his eyes and the extra lenses are excellent

Was worried about the Bolle's turning up in little pieces. Was impressed that they were packed in a large box to avoid possible damaged. Great service.
