Pros & Cons :the strap connects further to the rear than most flip/flops which makes the sandal hug the foot better thus making it more quiet.
I would buy it again.

Pros & Cons :yet after wearing if for two weeks straight i didn't get any of those ball-of-your-foot blisters that you can sometimes get when those other types of cushy-foam sandals get compressed to concrete and you have to throw them out.
