Pros & Cons :support definately helps reduce motion and is adjustable on the back strap with hooks and snaps, as well as the shoulder straps with velcro.

Pros & Cons :keeps me well-supported, doesn't just do the "smoosh" by having semi-separate cup areas, and the extra snap strap in the back is a hidden blessing.
