Although Thanksgiving is behind us we still have Christmas and the other holiday parties to look forward to. It also means we have to dig through our wardrobe for an outfit or go online to buy a new one. I think most of us will most likely opt for the latter. I am drawn towards a particular type of dress called the cold shoulder dress. The dress has all the elements that make it a great choice for wearing it to a Christmas or New Year party.
I believe the cold shoulder dress is the most stylish and unique dress I have come across in a long time as it has delicate and beautiful cutout shoulders. And the best part is the silhouette, because it is very fluid and will do a good job of hiding all the problem areas – often an issue during the holiday season as we tend to overeat. I am personally in love with Aidan Mattox cold-shoulder dress as it has a little glitter that is great for a New Year party with friends. The charcoal color in particular is more of my color and style.
The cold shoulder dress is so different from other dresses because of the cut and the shape; one should really let the dress do the talking by wearing black or nude pumps depending on the color of the dress. If your dress is in sequin then wearing stud earrings and minimum makeup will let the dress shine and be the focal point.
