Easy to slip on. Just make sure your socks are on tight otherwise they will get bunched up when you slip on the shoe. My shoes are super comfortable and have held up well. I have worn my shoes for over two months and no visible scuff marks and there is zero wear and tear on the outer sole. As far as sizing Length ran true to size for me (size 12) Width a little tight at first but a shoe tree and normal wear have stretched them out so they now feel like a second skin. With shoes you get what you pay for in terms of comfort and construction and the Cole Haan is worth every cent!
