Pros & Cons :in brief:-very uncomfortable compared to every other shoe ive ever worn (i think even wal mart flip flops have an edge on them)-likely caused me what has been a period of unprecedented knee and ankle pain (can't prove theyre the cause but their use is strongly associated with it)-provide absolutely no cushioning of impact-no insole support-while at the same time basically bind your feed, compressing your foot and basically inhibiting its ability to function properly-are wearing out quicker than any other pair of normal shoes ive had in memory, (edge is separating from sole in particular)-actually make me dislike walkingi bought them as a cheap option in a rush.
