Corduroy Jacket. A great casual outerwear alternative is the corduroy shirt jacket. When it comes to corduroy jackets, brown is the best color, but a gray or sage green works well too. Denim shirt. You could go for a plaid shirt or a plaid flannel shirt underneath your corduroy jacket – it would look absolutely fine – but a men’s denim shirt would look so refreshing. Check out Tommy Hilfiger’s collection for some Tommy polo shirts to look good in, or Tommy Bahama’s Denim Twilly Nelson shirt and Levi’s Sawtooth Western shirt (again, below).
Levi’s mens 505 regular fit jean. Forget skinny jeans or super-baggy boxer-bearing pants and slip into a pair of these comfortable threads. The zip fly straight fit jean is comfortable, classic, and comes in many colors. Black looks great, but the dark stonewash or your favorite shade of blue would also work as well.
Add a scarf and a nice pair of shoes, and your casual holiday outfit’s complete!
