I ordered these shoes as prescribed by my podiatrist. The shoes are very comfortable,light weight, and very stylish. I do a lot of walking and standing at very busy hospital so it is very important to have comfort and foot support during an 8 hour work day. At first, the shoe was a little tight around the top of the foot, but after a few days, the leather began to stretch and contour to the shape of my feet. Although they are kind of expensive, they are worth it. I really like the shoes and I have ordered another pair of Danskos in white and brown.
