I have just bought my fourth pair of 1460 boots. The other three pair each lasted through 4 years of daily use, so I can attest to the durability of the design. I've always been happy with how comfortable they are, as well. Definitely use some of the shoe grease on them every few months to keep the leather from cracking. All in all a dependable and comfortable pair of shoes!

Just got these bad boys in today and they really need to be broken in to get a feel of what they will be like. If they are anything like my old ones, they will last just as long. Even though they are not made in England anymore ( would cost 3 times the price) still these shoes will just be as bulletproof as the old ones. I'd like thank Shoebuy for their great service and carrying them in a size 13.

I had to go over a year without my black Doc's. It was agony, I love these boots. Once they are broken in, they fit like a glove. They last for years, unless your dog gets ahold of the ones you bought 6 months ago. The boots are sturdy and well made. Great for hospitality work unless you need non skids.
