My Eagle Creek waistpack, similar to this this one, was getting a little worn looking--after about ten years--so, luckily, I found that they make the current model, which is slightly better designed than the original. I ordered two. This is my standard kit for going hiking, shopping, to events, etc. I can't imagine anything better for the job.

The Eagle Creek Wayside is the best "fanny pack" we've ever seen. Very well constructed and easy to reach every compartment. Small when worn but large enough to carry plenty of gear. The Wayside is better than other models that cost twice the price.
