This is a novel experience! I ordered a pair of Frye boots that I had saved up for. To my shock, they mailed me two boots of different SIZES, with neither one the actual size that I ordered. Further, there was no packing slip in the box, so that it's difficult to know how or where to return the boots.I'm still waiting to hear from the vender, after sending an email via Amazon. One of the disadvantages of this system is that with Amazon as the intermediary, it's hard to resolve problems with the actual seller. I would have to recommend against using Amazon for purchases at this point. I've really never had a retail experience this bad.
