This massager is a bit of a disappointment. I have a large chair type Homedics which I love, but the neck and shoulder massager isn't that great. It's noisy and doesn't fit snugly ... the heat element doesn't seem to heat very much. I kept it because by the time I figured out I really didn't like it, I'd thrown out the box, etc., and it wasn't worth the trouble to return.

This product is a big fat no no. It's suppose to have heat, which I couldn't feel, the vibrations wasn't working in the areas that I need it to work and when I tried to place it around my neck it ended up giving me a headache and I think because of the vibration couldn't reach my target area it felt as though my brain was jumping around in my head. I do not recommend this product until manufacturer can get all the bugs out.

I returned this item right away. The description indicates that heat is generated from this "vibrator"; I didn't feel hardly any heat at all. Maybe mine was defective.
