The shoes were beautiful and came in the mail quickly but to return them took many steps. I had to down load the return form and figure out what numbers to fill in on the form. There was never a live person on their phone to speak too. I had to email them many times . They answered my questions by email but it was stressful and expensive once I paid all the shipping and returning fees.

I've been thinking of some new shoes for spring--spring WILL come to Maine! They needed to be good to walk in, and not too dressy but OK for casual days at work. I saw an ad for these Hush Puppies Mary Janes and I loved them, but the price was a bit high. Amazon came up trumps with a $15 savings and free shipping from one of their sales partners--and in RED, so I had to have them. Is it just me, or does wearing red shoes make all women feel just a bit more on top of things at work? However challenging the meeting or task, red shoes help, don't you think? These shoes are super-comfortable but structured enough to have great support (and they do come in several colors if red's not for you). They'll be good for city sidewalks when I visit my sons next month, and meanwhile they're going to get plenty of days at the office. Buying shoes online used to feel impossible, but it's a nuisance to spend time driving to the city when I can CLICK and have them delivered to me in just a few days. If you get familiar with a few good brands and know how their shoes fit you, this is the way to go.I love my new shoes! Linda Bulger, 2009
