I am not sure whether this product is good or bad since I never received what I ordered and had to cancel the order. The associated vendor (primary Amazon choice) from which I ordered this item never sent the item. There was no indication on the Amazon page that the item was a special order (I found this out after the scheduled delivery date). The associated vendor never communicated to me that the shipment would be delayed and failed to respond when I inquired about when to expect the item. Fortunately, Amazon waits to hear from the vendor that an item is shipped before they submit the credit card charge. Actually, I am happy that this transaction failed to complete. I have found the same item from a different source at a lower price.

My husband ordered the wrong size by mistake and I returned them but have not received our refund yet. Not sure why the refund is so slow. I tried to reorder the correct size by phone but sales rep was pretty limited and kept getting the details wrong.

Although on the pricey side these socks are definitely made with a quality material. They control my lower leg swelling all day long and I will be buying more when needed.
