Pros & Cons :you can wash them in warm/hot, and dry them on high, and you can still tuck them in afterward.

Pros & Cons :if it wasent for the above i would have given it 5 stars for the outstanding quality, confort, size (large tall) and the best thing for me is that there is no ichy size tag to mess with since the manufacturer had the briliant idea of printing it directly on to the tee.
