Daily Use: I am generally pleased with this product. I have been using it to transport my 17" laptop back and forth to work via the train and it is holding up well. The zippers in the back that connect the wheeled portion to the backpack portion are sometimes a bit difficult to work with and don't easily tuck out of view but they work. My only complaint is that within 3 days of using the bag, it shifted slightly. What I mean is, when it first arrived, it sat up straight and tall and the handle when fully extended stretched perpendicular to the ceiling. Now it slants back a bit and doesn't stand up straight anymore but it does not cause the bag to fall over. Airline Travel: I love that I can walk through the airplane and not bump anyone (it is vertical rather than horizontal) and it fits in the overhead bins very neatly. Removal of the laptop for security checks goes very smoothly and if I don't put too much in the bag, it doesn't get too heavy to lift when necessary. Internal Pockets: Others don't like the pocket arrangement but for me it is fine. I am able to carry everything I need and it forces me to be more mindful about what I need to take with me (which we should all do anyway). Besides, as noted, if I put too much in it, I can't lift it when I need to. I haven't been using it very long but if I change my mind on any of this, I will post another review.
