I bought this mostly for around town, early morning and higher elevation hikes. Works great down to 20 degrees with just a long sleeve T underneath. If I wear a little warmer layer, I'm warm down to zero. I haven't had opportunity to wear it in colder temps yet. Medium fits very well, with room to layer underneath (I'm 5'7" 130) Also -- I've only worn it in a dry climate. I'd hightly recommend this for low - medium intensity activity for pretty cold, dry conditions. The "cocobello" or whatever it's called is more brown than it appears on the site (I thought it would be reddish)
