If you are in doubt over this shoe, don't be. New balance shoes in my experiance are one of a kind--the elite few....The 926 provides stability, and comfort a big + in my book. I had purchased the 925 for years, then they upgraded to a 926 and I love this shoe even better. I walk alot in my job and exercise and this shoe provides me with all the stability and comfort that is needed especially when I am on my feet for up to 16 hrs. My shoes in general last up to a year, so they are well worth the $$$.. I have to have the rollbar because I walk to the outside of my shoes. The shoes do not run over like alot of other shoes I have tried including top notch shoes. And New Balance is so much more comfortable than those other top notch shoes without having to put inserts in them. Most people in my field(Nursing) wear New Balance shoes....I wonder why....Don't hesitate give New Balance a try you won't be sorry.

I work in a warehouse, and spend my day walking around on a concrete floor for 10 to 12 hours, so I needed a shoe that would be comfortable and durable enough for that kind of punishment. After trying Nike Air and Reebok cross-trainers, plus gel inserts and other sources of relief, I finally found the New Balance 926. And while I am not a medical expert, I can tell you that within a week of wearing these shoes and breaking them in, my feet were no longer sore and aching at the end of the day. Now it's 9 months later, and my poor shoes have had it, and I'm going right back to what works. Outside of work I don't do much walking, but for the punishment I dish out, these are the best shoes I've ever owned.
