Shoes ordered from Buchhead Betty were never recieved. Had to have my purchase price refunded.

My NB MW811BROWN/BLACK walking shoes arrived quickly and are a comfortable, good looking pair. They would be worthy of 5 stars except the shoelaces were frayed. I contacted customer service expecting them to replace same. Wrong!! They offered two choices: 1. Return and exchange the total order using the return label, or 2. Order and pay for a new pair (the price has increased since my original order) and return the originals for refund. I find both ideas unacceptable and cannot believe stores selling shoes cannot replace laces.

They didn't fit. They weren't wide enough. I wear an 8EE and thesewere supposed to be 8EEE yet were not wide enough for my feet.I returned them for a refund.
