These shoes almost caused me to lose my life and I highly recommend not to purchase them. I was sailing my schooner in the Bahamas and we were having a little bit of bad weather. I went to check that all of the knots in my sails were tied tightly when all of a sudden I slipped on a wet spot and fell, cracking my skull into the side of the boat and plummeting overboard. After a couple of minutes of having my hot, but weak girlfriend try to pull me back up, a couple of sharks detected the blood from my head. At this point we knew there wasn't much time and right as I was almost pulled to safety one of them took off a considerable chunk of my right leg. I thankfully survived but I am permanently crippled - all thanks to the lackluster performance of these shoes.

I've been looking for a pair of black boat shoes for years. These shoes are extremely comfortable. I do a lot of walking as I commute by bus and work at a large manufacturing plant, so they get a lot of wear. I've been a fan of Timberland boat shoes for a long time, and these confirm my loyalty.

Before I got these shoes, my life was in a downward spiral. I lost my job, my girlfriend dumped me, and my nascent addiction to certain substances was growing stronger. One day I found a pair of these shoes in my neighbor's garbage. Within a half-hour of putting them on, this guy who hit me with his car the day before called me and offered me a job at his new company because he felt so bad. (I now make twice as much as I did before I got fired.) Within days of starting the new job I was able to kick my addiction, and my ex-girlfriend's much hotter friend recently started calling me. Get these shoes. They will seriously make your life worth living.
