This model shoe serves Timberland proudly. I wear them more than any other shoes I own, and I have several. These can be worn in all weather; they're warm enough in winter, but not hot in summer. The soles are just the right thickness,firm, durable, and give supportive protection for the feet from uneven surfaces. They can be hiked in for city streets or worn casually into restaurants, meetings, etc. They're low maintenance -- just needing to be wiped off occasionally, have excellent arch support, and are quick to lace up and go. I've worn mine for about one and a half years, and I love them!
