I've only had this briefcase for a couple days now, but I'm a huge fan. The construction is, as expected, incredibly solid. The fabric and zippers are heavy and seem very durable. They also make for an attractive overall look. As for design, it fits my needs perfectly. Victorinox has numerous other cases in its line, but the others are mostly bulkier laptop bags. There is another one (the Wainwright, maybe) that is smaller, but it seemed too small -- more like an attache case. This fit perfectly in the middle. It has two large, padded pockets that can hold documents or -- if desired -- a laptop. However, for netbook owners like me, you can actually fit the netbook in the zipout pocket on the front, leaving both of the larger, padded pockets for documents. That means that, in a fairly small form factor, I can carry a netbook and two full interior pockets worth of documents. Not too shabby. Finally, it has a solidly constructed strap with a gel-padded shoulder pad. Very comfortable. I buy a new briefcase only about every 10 years, so I take the matter seriously. This briefcase was just what I needed.
